9. Reservations, Deposits & Payment

Online reservations require full payment (100%) at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

Additional services requested during your stay that are not included in your original reservation will be charged separately.

For bank transfer payments, funds must be received in our designated bank account before your arrival.
10. Lodge Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days prior to arrival: Full refund, less applicable processing fees

46 to 60 days prior to arrival: One night cancellation fee, issued as a refundable credit

15 to 45 days prior to arrival: One night cancellation fee, non-refundable

14-0 days before arrival / No Show: 100% cancellation fee Full reservation amount charged.
Guests are responsible for cancelling or modifying their reservations within the applicable cancellation period.
11. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the full booking value (100%) will be charged regardless of the season.
12. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfers. Bank transfer details will be provided upon request.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cambodian courts.
14. Amendments
Siempang Forest Lodge may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
